HydroHawk Wash - Refund Policy

At HydroHawk Wash, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our pressure washing services, please review the following policy regarding refunds.
1. Service Guarantee:
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you believe a portion of the service was not completed to a reasonable professional standard, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion.
2. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Failure to Perform Agreed-Upon Services: If we fail to perform a significant portion of the services outlined in our agreed-upon scope of work.

Damage Caused by Negligence: If verifiable damage to your property occurs as a direct result of our gross negligence during the service. (Note: We take precautions to prevent damage, and this excludes pre-existing conditions or damage resulting from normal cleaning processes on deteriorated surfaces).
3. Refund Process:
To request a review for a potential refund, you must:

Clearly explain the issue and provide photographic or other evidence to support your claim.

Allow us the opportunity to inspect the area in question and, if possible, to rectify the issue at no additional cost.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

Minor imperfections or variations that do not significantly detract from the overall result.

Dissatisfaction due to pre-existing conditions that were not disclosed prior to the service (e.g., faded paint, damaged siding).

Weather-related delays or rescheduling that were communicated to you.

Your change of mind after the service has been completed.

Refusal of a reasonable attempt by HydroHawk Wash to rectify any reported issues.
5. Refund Determination:
After reviewing your claim and any supporting evidence, HydroHawk Wash will determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a refund or partial refund is warranted. Our goal is to find a fair and equitable resolution.
6. Method of Refund:
If a refund is approved, it will be issued in the same method as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
7. Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services.
