Terms and Conditions – HydroHawk Pressure Washing

By engaging HydroHawk Pressure Washing ("HydroHawk," "we," "us," or "our") for services, you ("the Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided:

HydroHawk provides pressure washing services as agreed upon in our written or verbal estimate. The scope of work will be outlined in the estimate provided to the Client.

2. Estimates and Pricing:

• All estimates are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue.

• The final price may vary from the initial estimate if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen circumstances arise. Any changes to the price will be communicated to and approved by the Client before additional work is performed.

• Prices quoted do not include applicable sales tax, which will be added to the final invoice as required by Missouri law.

3. Payment Terms:

• Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, credit card, debot card, Google pay, apple pay, and zelle.

• Overdue balances may be subject to a late payment fee of 5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by Missouri law.

• A fee of $25 will be charged for any returned checks.

4. Client Responsibilities:

• The Client is responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring that all areas to be cleaned are accessible and free from obstructions (e.g., vehicles, furniture, plants).

• The Client is responsible for securing any pets or children away from the work area during the service.

• The Client is responsible for identifying any fragile or sensitive areas and informing HydroHawk prior to the commencement of work.

5. HydroHawk Responsibilities:

• HydroHawk will perform the agreed-upon services in a professional and workmanlike manner.

• We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during the cleaning process.

6. Limitations of Liability:

• While we take precautions, HydroHawk is not responsible for minor cosmetic imperfections that may occur during the pressure washing process on surfaces with pre-existing damage.

• Our liability for any damages arising from our services is limited to the cost of the services provided.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, HydroHawk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties:

HydroHawk makes no warranties, express or implied, other than those explicitly stated in these terms and conditions.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• The Client must provide at least [Number] hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling of services.

• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of 10% the agreed upon pricing.

• HydroHawk reserves the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client as soon as possible.

9. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.

10. Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and HydroHawk and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

11. Severability:

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
